International Relations in the UK
UK international relations departments are globally recognised for shaping diplomacy, security, and global policy thinking. Programmes combine theory, regional expertise, and applied policy training across BA, BSc, MA, MSc, and MPhil routes. Jisr supports applicants targeting the most research-intensive departments.
Entry Requirements at a Glance
AAA at the most selective departments (e.g. LSE), ABB–AAB at other strong departments. IELTS ~6.5–7.0 overall given the reading/essay-based assessment. Saudi applicants: Thanawiyya (Scientific or relevant track) is typically combined with an International Foundation Year, or A-level / IB equivalents in the relevant subjects, depending on the specific university's entry route.
