What we collect

Your name and contact details, academic information, and — only where a student chooses to share it — information needed to support their application.

How we use it

To advise the student and, where instructed, to prepare and submit applications.

Who we share it with

We share it with the universities the student has asked us to apply to, and with nobody else without consent unless the law requires it.

We do not sell data or share it with other agents.

Marketing

Marketing is opt-in only. Silence, a pre-ticked box, or submitting an enquiry form is not consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become applications are kept for 12 months from last contact.

Student application files are kept for 6 years from the end of the application cycle.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. We respond within one month, free of charge. Email admissions@jisreducation.com.

Complaints to the ICO

You can complain about how we handle your data to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 at any time, whether or not you have complained to us first.
