Your Journey & Key Dates

An indicative UK 2027-entry timeline.

These are general guidelines for UK undergraduate admissions. Exact dates depend on the course, university, and — for sponsored students — the sponsoring body.

  1. 12–18 months before

Initial consultation, university and course shortlisting, plan English test if needed.

  2. Early September

UK applications open for the following year's entry — applications can be submitted from this point.

  3. 15 October

Deadline for Oxford, Cambridge, and most Medicine, Dentistry, and Veterinary courses.

  4. Mid-January (~14 January)

Main UCAS 'equal consideration' deadline for most other undergraduate courses.

  5. Spring

Universities issue decisions; conditional and unconditional offers received.

  6. After unconditional offer

Sponsored students present their offer to their sponsoring body to obtain the Financial Guarantee Letter (FGL).

  7. Summer

Submit FGL to the university, confirm enrolment, apply for the UK Student visa, and arrange travel.

  8. Autumn

    Enrolment and start of studies.

Postgraduate (Master's) intakes and deadlines vary by university and run on a different schedule — we map exact dates for your specific intake at the start.

How We're Paid

Standard support and optional premium services.

Many students receive our standard application support at no cost, because participating universities pay Jisr Education a commission after a successful enrolment. This commission does not increase your tuition fees or any other university costs.

Some universities — including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, and other highly selective institutions — do not operate commission arrangements with education agents. Where this is the case, students may apply through us via an optional premium support package.

Premium services are entirely optional and are offered to students who would like additional, more personalised support. We discuss any fees openly from the first conversation, before you commit to anything.
