Biomedical Science in the UK
UK biomedical science programmes are accredited by the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) and combine deep training in human biology, physiology, immunology, and laboratory-based diagnostic science. Entry Requirements at a Glance
AAB to AAA at A-level depending on the selectivity of the department, typically including Chemistry and/or Biology. IELTS ~6.0–6.5 overall. Saudi applicants: Thanawiyya (Scientific or relevant track) is typically combined with an International Foundation Year, or A-level / IB equivalents in the relevant subjects, depending on the specific university's entry route.
